Hours: 8
Available Dates

Short Description

By boiling down the best practices and methodologies from leading personal productivity coaches, we will show you how to manage all of your responsibilities using common tools. This hands-on workshop will demonstrate how to start applying these methodologies immediately. We will discuss the art and science of managing your daily communication from memos and faxes to email and voice mail from your desk to your mobile office.

This workshop will show you how to develop your own personal work flow system to:

  • Get Organized
Process all of your existing appointments, actionable tasks, delegated tasks, and projects responsibilities.
  • Stay Organized
By processing new requests and responsibilities instead of letting them stack up in our in-boxes, on our desks, or in other places where they are easily forgotten or overlooked.

Course Outline:

By applying these methodologies you will notice improvement in the follow areas:

Reducing Daily Stress

You can't fool your sub-conscience, but by accounting for everything in your personal workflow system and knowing that it will be taken care of at the proper time, you won't have too. You'll know that you're in control of all your responsibilities and that you're ready for anything that may threaten that control.

Focusing Your Attention
Instead of worrying about un-addressed issues and open loops, you'll be able to focus your attention on the task at hand, reducing procrastination due to feelings of being overwhelmed.

Communication With Others
With so many different forms of communication it's hard not to feel like we're sinking in an ocean of information. From emails and phone calls, to meetings and memos, even incidental conversations; you'll be ready for every situation instead of struggling to keep afloat.

Getting Things Done
Complete more tasks with less effort by streamlining your workflow; working more efficiently while still maintaining a flexible schedule.

Tracking Your Progress
You'll know what you did and when you did it, along with all the necessary details to track your progress, keeping you motivated to get even more done.
