This one day course delivers an overview of the features in BlackBerry Enterprise ServerTM oftware version 4.1. Through hands-on exercises, learners will walk through BlackBerry® service user and BlackBerry Enterprise Server management. The BlackBerry Attachment Service, The BlackBerry Mobile Data SystemTM Connection Service, and the BlackBerry Collaboration
Service are also introduced and discussed. Troubleshooting information and exercises are included throughout the course.
