Do you ever feel overwhelmed with too much information? Do you ever forget important details or have trouble keeping up with your thoughts and ideas? How about having difficulty making important decisions? If you answer yes to any of these questions, then you need to attend our Mind Mapping training seminar.

What is Mind Mapping?

A mind map is a diagram used to represent words, ideas, tasks or other items linked to and arranged radially around a central idea. It is used to generate, visualize, structure and classify ideas, and as an aid in organization, problem solving, decision making, and retention.

How does a Mind Map work?

As humans we often partake in linear methods of organizing thoughts, ideas, and structure around our lives. This is often demonstrated by writing down our thoughts, notes, and brain storming ideas line by line in a list format. However, studies have shown that humans are not linear at all and this method is actually counter productive. We actually think in a radial manner, linking and associating images with words in an omni-directional pattern. By utilizing Mind Maps we are able to use a full range of left and right human cortical skills, thus balancing the brain and tapping into 99% of our unused mental potential. It is often referred to as using your whole brain.
